1) While seated, place a piece of paper in front of you.
2) With a pencil, trace around your foot.
3) Hold the pencil as straight up as possible while measuring and ensure the pencil remains in contact with your foot during this process.
4) With a ruler measure the distance between the base of the heel to the tip of the largest toe.
This measurement is your foot length and what you will use to help determine your shoe size.
Bear in mind, foot length is only one factor that affects shoe size – foot width and shape also play a part.
