Australian & New Zealand Customers

For any orders over $150, you will receive free postage. We use Australia Post as our postage service, please see below for the estimated delivery times.

For our Australian and New Zealand customers, we are able to post to a PO Box address, residential or commercial address to deliver your package.

Please note that the delivery times stated above have been provided as an estimate and guide only. Thread & Thistle takes no responsibility for any delays experienced with the delivery of your package. As an external courier service is being used for the delivery of your items, Thread & Thistle reserves the right to not issue a refund based on the event of a delay in receiving your goods.

If you are not home to receive your package, the courier will leave you a calling card. This calling card from Australia Post will advise you when your parcel will be at your local Australia Post depot, which the customer will then be responsible to arrange the collection of your parcel.

The shipping cost internationally is a flat fee of $30.

Information for International Delivery

Thread & Thistle takes no responsibility for the import taxes/VAT and duties charged to you for your goods within your country. Any import taxes/VAT and duties charged by your local customs is to be paid by you, the customer. Thread & Thistle does not include these import taxes/VAT and duty charges within our shipping costs and we are unable to provide the costing for this, as it varies greatly from country to country. Thread & Thistle will not be responsible for any delays if items are held by customs within the receiving country.

RETURNS

Returning your items

For our Australian and New Zealand customers, any shoes or goods purchased online can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your purchase. For our international customers, any shoes or goods purchased online can only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase. Please check that the shoes or goods being returned are in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Thread & Thistle will not accept returns for any shoes or goods that have been worn or marked. All the shoes or goods you are returning, must be in brand new condition and must not have been worn. In the event your shoes or goods do not meet this criteria, Thread & Thistle reserves the right to return the products back to the customer.

In the event you would like to return your items, please follow the below procedure:

-Please contact us at sales@threadandthistle.com.au and notify us of the reason as to why you would like to return your items with your Full Name, Address, Contact Number and the items you purchased. A representative of our customer service team at Thread & Thistle will contact you with the return address and any other information required to successfully return your items.

-Package the goods into appropriate packaging along with the original invoice. Please note that Thread & Thistle does not accept the liability and take responsibility for your package being lost or damaged whilst being couriered back to us. We highly recommend that if you are returning items to us, that you purchase a Registered Post sticker from Australia Post which will ensure your item is tracked. This would be at a small additional cost to you.

-By returning your items to Thread & Thistle, the customer acknowledges and has agreed to cover any return shipping costs and any re-shipping costs of any other items purchased using the in-store credit.

-In the event of returning any items internationally, Thread & Thistle will be unable to refund any import taxes/VAT or duties that have been paid by the customer.

Conditions for returns

-Your shoes or goods must be in their original condition and must not be worn or be marked in any way. All goods must be returned to Thread & Thistle in their original packaging with the original invoice.

-We do not provide refunds for change of mind or non-faulty goods, only a online store credit will be provided once you return your items and we have received them and they have been accepted by the inspection.

-Once the shoes or goods have arrived, the items will be subject to inspection, if they have been considered to be worn, marked or used in any way or they are returned outside the 14 day time frame for returns for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 30 day time frame for International customers, your item will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
